  We attempted to ship a parcel via this location. Late in same day, attendant called to advise that shipment was not possible without incurring a +$300 payment. We agreed to cancel Service. Merchant agreed to an immediate refund.
  
  No refund occurred; I visited Merchant for 3rd time and requested refund. It did not occur. I visited Merchant a 4th Time and requested a refund. Nothing happened.
  
  I have turned the matter over to my Accountant and Attorney. This Retail Merchant is not managing the Business in a fair and equitable manner. The charges on my credit card were immediate; the refund has yet to take place, despite 4 trips back to Merchant.
  
  We simply want to "caution" folks considering doing business with this Merchant. They are NOT up to the quality and standards of business required for long term success.
